Ada M. Disponett

79, of Leann Ln, died Fri., March 24, 2006 at St. Joseph Hospital. A native of Mercer Co., she was born Dec. 17, 1926 to the late Levi and Lona Bell Brown Robinson. She was a graduate of Harrodsburg High School, a member of the Mt. Zion Methodist Church in Mercer Co., and a former employee of Barrett Manufacturing, Wilmore. Ada enjoyed cooking and spending time working in her yard.

In addition to her husband of 59 years, William Disponett, she is survived by 2 daughters Rosemary Neal and husband Al, Lancaster, Wanda Rainwater and husband James, Wilmore, 2 sons Frank Disponett, Lawerenceburg, Perry Disponett and wife Mera, Lexington, a brother James Robinson, a sister Rose Carpenter, both of Nicholasville, 12 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 4 brothers Emmett, Charles "Bud", Donald, and Thomas Robinson, 2 sisters Mary B. Royalty and Margaret Adams, and a grandson Robert Neal.

Services were held., March 27, 2006 at HAGER & CUNDIFF FUNERAL HOME, on Oak St., Rev. Jamie Williams and Rev. Leonard Fitch officiated, burial was in Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Family and friends served as pallbearers. Visitation was Sun., March 26, 2006 at the funeral home. Contributions may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of the Bluegrass, Jessamine Co.
