Arvin Frazer Duncan, 78, loving husband of Mitzi for 60 years, left his earthly home on Sept. 21, 2023. He was a native of Jessamine County born Sept 21,1945, to the late Arvin Miller and Sarah Catherine Frazer Duncan. He was a former employee of Atlantis Plastics and the Jessamine County Board of Education, where he was a school bus monitor. His passion was farming, as he enjoyed his Angus and Hereford cattle. He was a member of the Jessamine County Beef Association and loved antique tractors. Being a dedicated husband and because Mitzi loved horses, he also did some horseback riding with several Jessamine County Saddle Club members. In addition to his wife, he will be missed by his daughter Frazann Milbern, husband Joey, and son Fray Duncan, sister Arlene Ketron, and the light of his life granddaughter Danielle Milbern, who holds a passion for horses like her grandmother. A Service of Remembrance will be held Oct 10, 2023, at 7:30 PM, and the family will greet friends beginning at 4:00 PM at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home and Cremations. Should you want to remember Frazer, the family requests donations be made to the Jessamine County Humane Society. “Wherever a beautiful soul has been, there is a trail of beautiful memories.” Hager & Cundiff values the loyalty and trust given to us to care for the Frazer’s services.
