Alma F. Cain, 73, of Lexington, died Tuesday, December 19, 2006, in Winchester, at the home of April and husband, James Farley, who is a member of the staff of Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home. She was born in Paynes Creek, CA to the late Robert and Alice Horton. She belonged to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Survivors include her children, Mon Cheri Moore, Bonnie F. Kyler, B.J. Shaw, a granddaughter whom she adopted April Farley and husband James, one stepson, Perry Cain, one stepsister, seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, her pet wolf, Annie, and her best friend for over forty years, Lillie Mae Stokely.
A Memorial Service will be held 3 PM Saturday, Dec. 23, at St. Joseph Hospital Memorial Chapel. Donations made me made in her memory to Hospice East of Clark County and American Lupus Foundation.
