Alma Lucille Sperow, 96, widow of Robert Sperow since 1996, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, July 8, at St. Joseph Hospice Care Center. She was a native of Brookfield, Ohio born March 18, 1918, to the late Charles and Pearle DeGroat. She was a devoted homemaker and wife who always helped her husband in his ministries. They took care of the Pine Crest Youth Camp in Lee County for many years which served the Lee and Estill County youths. Alma was a member of the First Church of God on Kingston Road in Lexington. She leaves to cherish her memories and celebrate her life a daughter Connie Wolfe, husband L.C. and son Arthur Dean Sperow, wife Rita Carol, grandchildren David Anthony Sperow, wife Marty, Daniel Todd Sperow, wife Lisa, Steven Lynn Wolfe, wife Cheryle, and Cynthia Rene Parrott, husband Michael.
