Anne Harrison, 81, loving wife of Rev. Jim Harrison for 63 years, left her earthly home on Friday, Oct. 12, 2018.  Anne was a native of Jessamine County, born Nov. 1, 1936, one of eight children born to the late Litford and Christine Wilkerson Puckett.  She was a retired seamstress at Jessamine Cleaners where she always had a smile and a friendly face.  Many relied on her expertise for repairing and tailoring clothing.  She loved to paint, write poetry, and spend time with her family.  Anne was a good and faithful woman who was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church for many years until health reason prevented her from attending.  She leaves her memories with son, John Thomas Harrison, wife Carolyn, and daughter Terri Holman, husband Mike, 9 grandchildren John, Scottie, Laurie, Cathy, Michael, Candace, Hunter, Henry, and Kimberlee, several great and great-great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by brothers Charles "Kenny", Litford, Jr., and David "Tommy" Puckett, sisters Agnes "Aggie" Dean, Ruth Mae Howard, Bettye Puckett and Lillian "Sadie" Thompson, and granddaughter Jamie Ann Harrison.  A Remembrance Service will be held 12:30 PM Wednesday, Oct. 17, at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Sholar officiating.  Anne will be laid to rest in Camp Nelson National Cemetery.  Honoring her as pallbearers will be John Harrison II, Henry Mitchell, Jr., Charles “Boy” Puckett, Mike Elder, Mike Kestel, and Denver Haddix.  Her family will greet friends starting at 10:00 AM on Wednesday prior to her Service.  “ When I come to the end of the road, and the sun has set for me, remember the love we shared.  Miss me, but let me go”.  Donations may be made in her memory to Wreaths Across America (contact Hager & Cundiff) or Central Ky Veterans Committee.  Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home is honored to have known this kind and loving woman and to serve her family.
