Arnold Lee Johnson

Arnold Lee Johnson 80, of Elizabethtown, formerly of Nicholasville, entered into eternal rest on Sept. 6, 2024. He was the husband of Elizabeth Ann Hogan Johnson for 61 years. He was born August 10, 1944, to the late William Ellie and Mattie Clark Johnson in Keene, Ky. Arnold was a small engine technician for Tractor and Such. He was a US Army veteran and an avid collector who also loved hunting and fishing.  He began participating in the Light House Ministries, Inc beginning with Dan Henderson in the early days of their Prison Ministry. In addition to his wife, he leaves his memories with his daughters Leigh Ann Sinnott, husband Randy Flannery, Lori Ogden, husband Jon, Jessica Whitehead, husband Josh, grandchildren David Sinnott, Jr., Christopher Sinnott, Nathan Sinnott, Joseph Sinnott, Rachael Lawson, husband Thomas, Grace Ogden, Chloe Whitehead, Elijah Whitehead, and Joselyn Whitehead, great grandchildren Layne Ogden, Adalyn Ogden, and Abigail Lawson, as well as brothers William Johnson, wife Kathy, Lester Johnson, wife Suzane, sisters Debra Johnson-Northrup, husband Doug Northrup, and Paula Smith, and many extended family members and friends.  Cremation was chosen by the family with inurnment in Camp Nelson National Cemetery on Sept. 16, at 12:30 PM with Military Honors.
