Friday, June 22, 2007 at the University of Ky. Medical Center, She was born in Long Island, New York, to the late Kenneth and Dorothy Rodrigious. She was a co-founder and vice President of Creative Educational Concepts in Lexington. Mrs. Kelly is survived by her husband of 38 Years Lowell C. Kelly, Her Children, Sean K. Kelly and wife Amy, Scott C. Kelly, and two grandchildren, Kaitlin Kelly, Tyler Kelly, all of Nicholasville. Services will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday June 26, at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home with Father William Bush Officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 P.M. Monday June 25th at the funeral home.
