Billy Lee Edwards

Billy Lee Edwards, age 81, of Danville, Kentucky passed away August 2nd at the Landmark of Lancaster Center.  Billy was the only son born May 22, 1939 by the late William and Geneva Edwards having one younger sister Donna Dunn.  He is survived by his only remaining Aunt, Marie Crain at the age of 91, his daughter VP / Realtor Deena K. Edwards - Huff, USAF Veteran Darrell Edwards and wife, Mark Edwards, Bill M. Edwards, and USN Veteran Terry Edwards.  Grandson USAF Veteran Joshua Tanner Huff and wife, Derrick Carrico and wife, and granddaughter Luci Rae Edwards, along with numerous other grand and great grandchildren, cousins, and family.

Billy will be laid to rest Saturday, August 15th @ 12:00pm in The Edwards plot @ Bellevue Cemetery alongside his late wife Lorena May Edwards, who just recently passed March 24, 2020.  Billy will be honored with a Full Military Service and 21 Gun Salute Ceremony.  Following the ceremony, there will be a  celebration of "HIS LIFE" with a Fish Fry held by the VFW Post and AMVETS at the VFW celebration hall.  All are invited to attend.  Respectfully and lovingly submitted by his "only baby girl", Deena K.
