Wilmore: Bruce M. Curtsinger, 56, died Wed., at VA Medical Center, Leestown Road. He was a native of Jessamine County and the son of Harlett Curtsinger and the late Clarice June Curtsinger and brother of Becky Arvin. Bruce was a United States Army Veteran having served in Vietnam during which time he had received many military accommodations and was a member of the Wilmore Christian Church. He is also survived by 3 sons Randy Bates and wife Christy, N.C., Kelly Bates and wife Marie, Nicholasville, and Jeff Bates, Garrard County, 5 grandchildren Trevor, Katlin, Hannah, Madison, and Elizabeth Bates, a niece Janah Arvin, a nephew Chris Arvin and lots of special cousins.

Services will be 11:00 AM Mon., Oct. 2, at HAGER & CUNDIFF FUNERAL HOME, W. Oak St., with burial in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Stanley Clay Gillispie, Dickie Duggins, Jimmy Long, William Whitney, Eddie Dean Locker, Gary Curd, Steve Reynolds, and Chris Bellman. Honorary Bearers will be Bobby Rice, Danny West, Tommy Rhineheimer, Gary and Pauletta Embry, Laura and Darrell Mink, Ethan Curd, Kim Curtsinger, Debbie Bellman, Cecil Curtsinger, and Bradley Hope.
