Carolyn Lee Davis

Carolyn Lee Adams Davis, 63, of Miles Road died at Central Baptist Hospital on Fri. Jan. 27. She was the loving wife for 35 years of Billy Joe Davis. Carolyn was a native of Danville, KY born to arvil Lee and Sylvia Marie Cox Adams on April 20, 1948. She was a former employee of Creative Draperies and loved music which inspired her to sing, write songs, and her latest endeavor was to learn to play the guitar. Other survivors are a daughter Leah Davis, step sons Wilbert Smith and Billy Joe Davis, Jr. , granddaughters Raven and Jaden Miller, sisters Barbara Grimes, husband Roy, Nicholasville., Stella Estes, husband Bill, Lancaster, Joyce Phillips, husband Larry, Waynesburg, Elsie Johnson, Lancaster, and brothers Richard Adams, wife Linda, Lancaster, Donnie Adams, wife Connie, Harrodsburg, and Johnny Adams wife Rita, Lancaster. Carolyn’s wish was cremation and Billy has honored her wishes.

There will be a Service of Remembrance at the Truth & Faith Church of God, 205 North First St.,Nicholasville with Brother Kenny King officiating on Wed. Feb. 1. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to time of Service. Guestbook www.hagerandcundifffunerals.com
