Clara Hafley

August, 13, 1940 - September, 11, 2012

Clara Hafley, 72, died Tuesday, Sept. 11, at UK Hospital. She was the daughter of William Edgar and Verla Barlow Hafley and was born Aug. 13, 1940, the only daughter of 4 children.

She was an employee of F.W. Means Company until she was in an automobile accident which left her disabled. During her early years she took care of her brothers and later on devoted her time to nieces and nephews as she never had children of her own. She is survived by a brother Ron Hafley and her nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brothers Harold and Robert, nephew Jeffery Wayne, and her step father Earl Martin. A Service of Remembrance will be held 6 PM Tues., Sept. 18, at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home. Cremation was under the careful direction of our funeral home. Guestbook www.hagerandcundifffunerals.
