Constance Frederick Austin

Constance Frederick Austin, 86, of Wesley Dr. formerly of South Third St. died at her home Mon. Nov 8. She was born in California July 4, 1924, to the late W.E and Alyce Frederick. She was the widow of Loren A. Austin who died in 2008, a member of the Nicholasville United Methodist Church, and retired from the postal department of Asbury Seminary. Survivors include her daughter Dona Abbott, husband David, AZ. ,son Dale R. Austin, wife Scharlene, Nicholasville, 6 grandchildren David Allen Austin, Wendy Abbott, David Abbott wife Sarah, Rebecca Vallejo, husband Sergio, Lena Thornton husband Dean, and Rachel Stewart husband Greg and 8 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death in 1977 by a son Bill F. Austin.

A Tribute to her life will be held 11:00 AM Sat. Nov. 13, at the Nicholasville United Church by Rev. Mike Snyder. She will be laid to rest with her husband at Camp Nelson National Cemetery at a later date. The family suggest in lieu of flowers donations be made in her memory to the Nicholasville Untied Methodist Church Bldg. Fund . Cremation was provided by Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home in accordance to her wishes.
