David Len Dolen, 37, of Nicholasville, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, Feb. 17. He leaves his memories with his father Jerry Lynn Dolen, mother Pamela Freeman Guy, step father Freddy, maternal grandmother Lucille Freeman, sisters Sarah Dolen, Hannah DeBord, and Natalie Guy, niece Madalyn Jackson, nephew Micah DeBord and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Earl Freeman. David loved to fish, hunt and enjoyed playing practical jokes on people. He was 1995 graduate of Jessamine County High School and had been employed as a construction worker by many firms. His family has honored his wish to be cremated and will hold Service of Remembrance with his cremains to be buried beside his grandfather in the Powell Valley Cemetery in LaFollette, Tennessee at a later date.
