Dieatra "Dee" Diane (Huggins) Nicholson

Dieatra Diane “Dee” Nicholson, 78, of Bryantsville, KY was received by Jesus into her heavenly home on Friday, March 24, 2023. Born June 17, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Sheryl Huggins and Leoraine Ramsey Huggins.  She enjoyed crocheting, bird watching, long rides in the country and spending time with the family.  Dee was a proud Breast Cancer Survivor .  She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years Jerry Nicholson, sister Daniene Bartlett, son Brian, wife Sharon Nicholson, daughter Lesa, husband Vernon Madden, three grandchildren Heather, Meghan and Cameron Madden of Stanford, five great-grandchildren Haylie and Hannah  Blessing, Vanalie Wilson, Ryder Madden, and Oakley Pooler, all of Stanford. She was preceded in death by  brothers Sheron Huggins and Gary Hively, sister Crystal Space, and niece Star Pratt. In accordance with Dee’s wishes she will be cremated with a Private Family Service to be held at a later date.  “ I will hold you in my heart until I can hold you again in heaven.”  Hager & Cundiff values the trust given to us to care for the Nicholson family.
