Nicholasville: Donna Guy Carson, 55, of Shannon Parkway, died Fri., July 7, at St. Joseph Hospital. A native of Jessamine County she was born July 13, 1950 to Gladys Mildred Scott Guy and the late Howard Samuel Guy. She was a former employee of Nappa Auto Parts and Kauhlman. In addition to her mother she is survived by 2 daughters Paula C. Jasper and husband Jeff and Shannon Le Carson, a son Shane Scott Carson, a sister Freida Marlow and husband George, and 8 grandchildren Kaihlab Allen Fain, Amanda Leigh Jasper, Madison Taylor Jasper, Jeffrey Morgan Jasper, William Trent Brock, Logan Shae Brock, Connor Scott Carson, and Jarod Dylan Carson. She was preceded in death by a son Howard Kelly Carson, a brother Sammy Hampton Guy, and a sister Connie Lou Fisher.
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Mon., July 10, at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family has chosen HAGER & CUNDIFF FUNERAL HOME, W. Oak St. for arrangements. hagerandcundifffunerals.com
