Elanor Lee Obituary

Eleanor Mae Lee, 82, of East Brown entered into eternal rest on Thursday, Dec. 26, at St. Joseph Hospital. She was a native of Indiana born Dec. 16, 1931, to the late Edward and Florence Ackerman. She was the widow of Charles Theodore Lee who died Dec. 29, 2007. She was an amazing cook and delighted in giving help to anyone who needed her and gave willingly of her time as a Girl Scout Troop Leader for many years. She leaves to cherish her memory daughters Charolette Lawson, Patricia Angel, Karen Perkins and Nicole White, husband Bob, 6 grandchildren John Angel, David Ray Angel, Zachary White, Bobby White, Jenny Blast, Mysta Perkins, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was known as Granny to many who cherished her loving ways. She was preceded in death by a son Charles Terry Lee, grandson Wesley David Lawson II, 2 brothers and 5 sisters. A Remembrance will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 31, at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home and she will be laid to rest in Maple Grove Cemetery beside her husband. Honoring her as pallbearers will be John Angel, David Ray Angel, Zachary White, Bobby White, Mysta Perkins,and Jenny Bast. Honorary bearers are Michael White, Amanda Griffith, Joe David Angel, and Austin Bast. The family will receive friends on Monday, Dec. 30, from 4 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
