Frank E. Hisel

Nicholasville: Frank Hisel, 64, of Nicholasville, life partner of Judy Cox died Oct. 18, at St. Joseph East Hospital. A native of Lexington he was born Feb. 16, 1943 to the late Gene and Dorothy Hardesty Hisel. He was a 1961 graduate of Lafayette High School and was the youngest president of Youth Leaders of the Christian Churches of Kentucky. He attended the University of Kentucky and Eastern Kentucky University, was a talented musician, actor, artist, and a master woodworker. Survivors include his brothers Alan Hisel and wife Carolyn and Kenny Hisel and wife Linda all of Nicholasville. A gathering is scheduled for a later date.
