Nicholasville: Geneva Vincent, 66, Mother of Sam Schmidt died Sat. April 20, at St. Joseph Hospice Care Center. A native of Clarksburg, WV she was born Nov. 25, 1946, to the late Harvey William and Irene Vincent. Geneva had lived on Second Street to be near her daughter Sam as she always enjoyed being in the location where Sam worked who is currently employed by the Jessamine County Detention Center. Geneva is also survived by a sister and 2 grandchildren. A Service of Remembrance will be held 11 AM Friday, with family receiving friends from 2 to 5 PM on Thursday at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home.
