Age 96, passed away Thursday, December 12, 2013 in Marion, Indiana. She was born in Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania on October 1, 1917 to Wilbur and Mina Frost. She was a missionary with World Gospel Mission in Burundi, Africa for 37 years. In her retirement years, she lived in Gas City, Indiana and then Avon Park, Florida before moving to Marion, Indiana to live with her son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Pat Shingledecker.

Survivors include:
brothers - Glenn Frost of Dubois, Pennsylvania and Edwin Frost of Tequesta, Florida;
sons - Paul (Pat) Shingledecker of Marion, Indiana and Ken (Connie) Shingledecker of Zeeland, Michigan;
daughters - Faith Shingledecker of Kenya, Africa and Lois (David) Scroggins of Hallsville, Texas;
10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Funeral service: 10:30 a.m. Friday, December 20, 2013 at College Wesleyan Church, 200 East 38th Street, Marion, Indiana with Rev. Judy Huffman and Pastor Alex Mandura officiating.

Visitation: 2-4 p.m. & 6-8 p.m. Thursday, December 19, 2013 at the Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Avenue, Marion, Indiana 46952.

Burial will be Saturday, December 21, 2013 in Wilmore Cemetery in Wilmore, Kentucky following a visitation from 10-11 AM prior to the service at 11 am at the Wilmore Free Methodist Church , 1200 Lexington Road, Wilmore, Kentucky with Rev. Daryl Diddle officiating. Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home will be caring for the arrangements in Wilmore for the family.
