Ida Mae Lowery Corman, 82, beloved mother and grandmother, left her earthly home on Sunday, June 12, 2022. She was born on September 3, 1939 to the late Ellin and Emma Reynolds Lowery and raised in Jessamine County. Ida was a devoted homemaker and spent much of her adult life surrounded by grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be fondly remembered by her children Hazel Goforth, husband Johnny, Danny Johnson, wife Brenda, Donald Johnson, wife Phyllis, and Ellin Bonds, husband Buddy; her grandchildren Donald Goforth, wife Jessica, J.J. Johnson, wife Ashley, Sandra Levi, husband J.D., George Mastin, wife Lindsay, Jason Collins, Vanessa Collins, Sue Ellen Collins, Josephine Collins, and Abrem Collins; her great-grandchildren Tristan Peace, Christina Goforth, Kassandra Turner, Arthur Land, Gary Graham, Haylie Mastin, and Austin Mastin; and her great-great-grandchildren Rosaly and Ruben Vasquez and Dakota Breaden. Ida leaves precious childhood memories with her sister Ethel Mae Bain. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Eugene Corman, daughter Jean Marie Corman, granddaughter Crystal Jean Goforth, and grandson Johnny Goforth, Jr. No services are planned at this time. “You never forget your mother’s face, the stories she told, the lessons she taught. . . .
