James P. Canter

James P. “Slick” Canter, 91, husband of Betty Lowry Canter left his early home on Nov. 22, 2020 after an extended illness. He was a native of Jessamine County born March 21, 1929, to the late Joe and Mattie Corman Canter. He was a US Army veteran and served in Korea. Slick was an employee of Kentucky River Distillery. His family his honoring his wishes for cremation with a Private Family Service to be at Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
