Jason Randolph Vass

Jason Randolph Vass, born February 2, 1976, passed away January 18, 2022 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.  Jason served honorably in the Marine Corps and was a lineman by trade.  He was a member of the Stone United Methodist Church. He is survived by his parents Rudolph and Milly Bentley Vass, son Jason Isaac Vass, daughter Jaiden Alyissa Vass, brother Rudolph Alexander Vass, wife Kortney, and nephew Maddox Alexander Vass.  He also leaves behind a special aunt Sally Short, husband David, as well as a host of loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jason, in his thinking of others, was an Organ Donor.  A Remembrance Service will be held 11:30 AM on Tuesday, Jan. 25, at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home following he will be laid to rest at Camp Nelson National Cemetery with Military Honors.  Honoring him as pallbearers will be family members.  Jason’s family will greet friends on Monday Jan. 24, at the funeral home beginning at 4:00 PM and ending at 8:00 PM .  Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home values nothing more than the trust given to us to care for Jason.
