Jeffrey Allen West

Jeffrey Allen West, 56, son of Phyllis J. West and the late Gene Allen West entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, Oct. 8, at the University of KY Hospital. He was a native of Jessamine County born Aug. 16, 1958. He was an employee of Norfolk Southern Railroad. Jeff loved doing things around the house especially mowing the yard. He leaves his memories with his Mother, a maternal aunt Dixie Reynolds, husband Donald, many cousins, and his estranged wife Rhonda. A Service of Remembrance will be held 1:00 PM Monday, Oct. 13, at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home with Rev. Nathan Elliott officiating. He will be laid to rest in Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Honoring him as pallbearers will be Craig and Ghris Reynolds, William Grimes, Jim Anderson, Doug Fain, and Darrell Squares. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 PM Sunday, Oct. 12, at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the Heart Association in his memory.
