John Leland Williams

84, of Bradford Colony Dr, died unexpectedly at his home on Fri., April 14. A native of Cleveland, OH, he was born Nov. 6, 1921 to Howard Gayle and Sigrid Leland Hesland Williams. He was the widower of Ann Pomaranski Williams and Rita Chirivas Williams. He was an electrician by trade with the International Brothers of Electrician Workers and a veteran of the Merchant Marines and United States Coast Guard. John enjoyed traveling and had many friends around the world that he treated as family.

Survivors include his sister Agnes Westerfield, OH, 3 step children Peter Chirivas, Helen Chirivas, and Chrysanthi Fairchild all of NY. Special friends Charles David and Bonnie Dean, Nicholasville, Machmud and Zhanna Sagandykov, Lexington, Harry Lytos, NY, Georgia Papadopolous, NY, and Markos and Aroula Aspiotis, Athens Greece.

Services will be 2:00 PM, Wed. April, 19 at the Keyton Cemetery in Milton, WV. HAGER & CUNDIFF FUNERAL HOME, W. Oak was chosen for arrangements.
