Joyce Elizabeth Niethamer

Wilmore: Joyce Elizabeth Fleming Niethamer, 78, Kinlaw Lane, died Thurs., Feb. 22. A native of Florida she was born Nov. 19, 1928, to the late Jelks Asbury and Ann Elizabeth Zuck Logan. She was the widow of Walter S. Fleming who died in 1970 and Clair Niethamer who died in 1978. A homemaker who loved sewing, reading and her family. She had attended Nicholasville United Methodist Church but most of her life was a member of the Erie First Free Methodist Church in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Survivors include her children Janice Birkner and husband David, Pa., Judy Rich, AZ., Walter Fleming and wife Mary, N.Y., Scott Fleming and wife Elizabeth, N.C. and Susan Strait and husband Daniel, Wilmore, 3 brothers Herbert Logan and wife Sally TX., Jack Logan and wife Katie and Ronald Logan and wife Donna all of NY, 8 grandchildren and 1 great grand child.

Memorial services will be held 4:00 PM Friday, March 2, at the First Free Methodist Church of Erie, 1761 West 26th St., Erie, Pennsylvania. The family request in lieu of flowers donations be made in her memory to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
