Judy Gayle Montgomery Conyers

Judy Montgomery Conyers, 68, daughter of the late George Thomas and Della Mae Mattingly Montgomery, entered her heavenly home on May 24, 2017. "You will find no better best friend than your mother in this world. She knows you more than anyone does. Respect, cherish, and love her with all your heart". Judy was a talented person who loved photography, having taken photos of many famous people while living in California, writing poems, and growing flowers. Her life's work was in the Hotel Hospitality business, having worked for Country Hearth Inn, Holiday Inn, and as a hotel inspector. She leaves her memories with her daughter Melissa Raleigh, her grandchildren who were the light of her life Austin, Aaron and Rebel Raleigh, a sister Carolyn Savage, as well as nieces Laura Hager and Melody Reynolds. She was preceded in death by a son Jeffery Raleigh, daughter Jennifer Raleigh, grandsons Joshua Raleigh and T. J. Hodges, a sister Georgia Reynolds, and the father of her children, Howard "Pete" Raleigh. Judy's family will honor her with a Graveside Remembrance at 1:00 PM Monday, June 5 at Maple Grove Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest. The family will greet friends beginning at 12:00 noon on Monday at the funeral home. Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home is honored to serve Judy's family.
