Judy Carol Isaacs, 76, widow of Reather Isaacs since 1990, left her earthly home surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, March 7. Judy was a native of Clark County, born Dec. 19, 1943, to the late Oda Hall and Virginia Ethel Martin Hall. She was a member of Chapel Hill Baptist Church and retired from the Jessamine County Detention Center where she was a Deputy Lieutenant. Judy loved being with family and friends, cooking and being an immaculate housekeeper. She will be fondly remembered by her sons Gregory L. Isaacs, his wife Karoline Munson, and Jody Isaacs, grandchildren Dylan, Laney, and Edward Isaacs, brother Bill Hall, wife Anita, sisters Lois Cornish, and Peg Reece, as well as her many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters Betty Joslin and Janie Hall and brother Kenny Hall. Her family would like to send a special thanks to Connie Hall, Ginny Milburn, and Deb Eisele for their dedication in caring for their Mother. A Remembrance Service will be held 1:00 PM on Friday at the Chapel Hill Baptist Church, 619 Longview, Nicholasville. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Honoring her as casket bearers will be Jake Roberts, Zach Smith, Josh Smith Jordan Cornish, Chaz Joslin and Stefan Joslin. Honorary bearers will be her nephews. The family will receive friends beginning at 4:00 PM and ending at 8:00 PM on Thursday at the Chapel Hill Baptist Church. “When tomorrow starts without me, don’t think we are far apart, for every time you think of me I’m right there in your heart.” Hager & Cundiff values nothing more than the trust placed in us by the Isaacs Family.
