Kathryn Ann Lynes

Kathryn Ann Lynes, 76, passed away peacefully on November 18, 2022 with her daughters by her side. She was born November 15, 1946 in Memphis, TN to Annie Laura and Henry Addison Lynes. She was preceded in death by both of her parents. She is survived by her her siblings, Mary Lois (Ron), Hal (Teri), and Laura (Byron); daughters, Heather (Chris) and Shannon (Alan); seven grandchildren, Hannah (Brady), Watson, Buck, Chelsey, Walker, Cole, and Sam; and four great grandchildren.

Kathryn earned her accounting degree from Christian Brothers University and before retiring, worked as a successful CPA.
“Kackie”, whom she was affectionately called by her grandchildren and family, was dearly loved and will be truly missed. She will be remembered for her contagious laugh and love of games and the beach. The family would like to thank the wonderful nurses and staff at Baptist Health Lexington in Lexington, KY for taking exceptional care of her.

The family is planning a gathering to celebrate the life of Kathryn in early 2023
