Kenneth M. (Dick) Figg

Kenneth M. ‘Dick’ Figg, 91, of Wilmore, died unexpectedly at RJ Corman Ambulatory Center Sat. June 2. A native of Jessamine County he was born July 26, 1920, to the late Robert W. and Lou Sanders Figg.

Dick was a graduate of Wilmore High School, a farmer and retired employee of Asbury Seminary where he worked in maintenance for 19 years. Survivors include his loving wife of 58 years Mary G. Cowan Figg, a son Vernon Dale Figg, granddaughter Melinda Figg, and many other extended family members. He was preceded in death by sisters Virginia Lamb, Urell ‘Tip’ Curtsinger, Thelma Hardin and brother Bob Figg.

Graveside Ceremony will be held Wed., June 6, at Blue Grass Memorial Gardens officiated by Rev. Leonard Fitch. Visitation is from 4 to 8 PM on Tuesday, June 5, at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home. Guestbook www.hagerandcundifffunerals.com
