Lois Ester (Beach) Carnes

Lois Ester Carnes, 82, widow of Marshall Marion Carnes since Aug. 21, 2020, left her earthly home on Sunday Jan. 3, 2021, while at the Hospice of St. Elizabeth in Edgewood, KY.  She was a native of Covington, KY born Feb. 14, 1938, to the late Ronald and Nellie Wood Beach. Lois was member of Elliston Baptist Church and was a retired employee  of Christ Hospital where she served as an LPN for many years and she formerly resided in Mt. Zion, Ky.  She loved her family and always enjoyed get-togethers with them.  She will be fondly remembered by her children Leeland Carnes, Rosalyn Carnes Moses, Jeff Carnes, Johanna Carnes Banks, her 14 grandchildren, 26, great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren as well as many other extended family members and friends.  She was preceded in death by a daughter Andrea Carnes Jump. A Service will be held at a later date at the convenience of her family.  “Your life was blessing, your memory a treasure, you are loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure”.  Hager & Cundiff values nothing more than the trust given  to us to care for the cremation arrangements for Lois.
