A kind and gentle man Lonnie Gene Loman, 58, lost his courageous battle with cancer on Saturday, Feb. 6. Lonnie was a native of Lexington born April 7, 1957, to the late Theodore and Dorothy Ann Efkenan Loman. He was a member Bible Baptist Church in Lexington but also attended Light House Baptist in Nicholasville. His brothers described him as kind, caring, and one who never spoke harshly of others. Lonnie was the caregiver of his Mother until she passed away. His passion was riding his motorcycle and taking care of the yard around his house. He was a former grounds keeper for Calumet Farm which resulted in his detailed maintaining of his yard. Lonnie chose Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home for his cremation and his family will have a private Remembrance at a later date in his honor. Please sign his guestbook on our website.
