Louise Foley Mason

Louise Mason, 73, widow of Donovan Mason since 1999, entered into eternal rest at the home of her daughter Helen McIntosh on Saturday, Jan. 28. Louise was a native of Jessamine County born Feb. 14, 1943, to the late Layton and Mary Kirkland Foley. Her family moved to Woodford County where she was raised. She loved watching television, reading, her work at the hospital cafeteria and being with her family. She leaves to cherish her memory daughter Helen McIntosh, husband Glenn, sons Ray Jackson, wife Jenny, and David Samons, wife Sharon, her 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Being from a large family she is also survived by brothers Jerry, Kenneth, Jake, Otha, Charlie, James, and Russell Dale Foley and sisters Ann Lippert, Judy Lay, and Melissa Crowe. She was preceded in death by a daughter Alea Giles. Inurnment will take place in the Pegram Veterans Cemetery in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband at a later date.
