Nicholasville: Mae Elizabeth Wiggs Moore, 77, of Dogwood Court died Sun. April 5, at Central Baptist Hospital. A native of Keene, Ky. she was born Dec. 24, 1931, to the late William and Bessie Reed Wiggs. She was the widow of William G. Moore who died in 2000, a retired employee of Square D, and a member of the Gethsamane Lutheran Church. She is survived by a daughter Nina Latham and husband Ted, Versailles, 2 sisters Eunice Kennoy, Lexington and Christine Wiley, Nicholasville, a brother George Wiggs, wife Sue Ann, Wilmore, 2 grandchildren Jeremy Moore and Nicole Lynn Latham, a step grandson Scott Hugh Latham all of Versailles, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son Donald Gene Moore in 1983, 6 brothers and a sister.

Services will be held 11:00 AM Thurs., April 9, at Gethsamane Lutheran Church, 2185 Garden Springs Dr., Lexington, with Pastor Joe Trester officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her husband at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Stanton Richardson, Tommy Wiggs, Billy Wiggs, Stanley T. Wiggs, Stanley Wiggs, Jr. and William Kennoy. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM Wed. April 8, at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home and from 10:00 AM until time of service at the Church.
