Mark Irven Love

Mark Irven Love, 68, widower of Maria E. Love since 2017, joined her in eternal rest on Sunday, January 1, 2023.  He was born in Palmdale, California on March 16, 1954 to the late Billy Joe and Virginia Faye Teeters Love.  Mark retired from the U.S. Army as a Staff Sergeant in 1994.  In his spare time, he enjoyed barbecuing, watching Nascar and football, and playing with his dog Lucky.  He leaves wonderful memories with his children Ann Love, Errick Love, and Derrick Love, and his step-mother Claudia Love.  In addition to his wife Maria and his parents, Mark was preceded in death by his brother Chuck Love.  A Graveside Remembrance Memorial will be held Wednesday, January 11, 2022, at 1:30 PM in Camp Nelson National Cemetery with Military Honors.  “Taps:  Day is done, gone the sun from the lake, from the hill, from the sky.
