Mary B. Aldridge

Nicholasville: Mary B. Hensley Aldridge, 87, died Tues., Nov. 21, at St. Joseph Hospice Care Center. A native of Clark County she was born July 22, 1919, to the late Richard and Carrie Dawson Hensley. She is the widow of Robert A. Aldridge who died in 1999. Mary was a Charter member of Logana Baptist Church where she taught the Women’s Sunday School Class for many years, a loving Mother and grandmother she enjoyed traveling to many places both in the US and in other countries with her son Rev. Bobby Aldridge and wife Janie. In addition to her son and daughter in law she is survived by a brother Minor Hensley, Lexington, a sister Daisy Adams, IL., 4 grand sons Mark Aldridge and wife Pam, Joel Aldridge and wife Kathleen, Philip Aldridge and wife Shelly, and Jeremy Aldridge and wife Alina, 5 great grandchildren Nathan, Katie, Janie, Caroline, and Olivia Aldridge, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

Services will be 11:00 AM Mon. Nov. 27, at Logana Baptist Church with Pastor Tommy Falin officiating, burial in Maple Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family members. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Deacons of Logana Baptist Church. Visitation will be on Sun., Nov. 26, from 1 to 5 PM at HAGER & CUNDIFF FUNERAL HOME, W.
