Nicholasville: Mary V. ‘Ronnie’ Perkins, 66, loving wife of Ralph Perkins for 52 years died Wednesday, April 18, 2012, at St. Joseph Hospital after a brief illness. A native of Jessamine County she was born June 21, 1945, to the late John M. and Geneva Steele Combs. In addition to her husband she is survived by her children Freddie Perkins, Mike Perkins, wife Jennifer, Michelle Bowman, husband Jeff, Marty Perkins, wife Georgia, John Perkins, and Stacy Perkins, grandchildren David Perkins, wife Crystal, Chad Perkins, wife Miriah, Tommy Perkins, Aaron Perkins, Sydney Perkins, Robert Perkins, Rebecca Bowman, Jeremy Perkins, and Madison Perkins, great grandchildren Hannah, Vega, Jobe, McKenzie, and Carlee Perkins, sister Pat Stower, husband Charlie, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son Ralph Perkins, Jr., granddaughter Clarissa Perkins, brothers Tommy, Kenneth R. and John M., Jr. Combs, and sister Jean Combs.

Services will be 1:00 PM Monday, April 23, at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home with Rev. Darrell Mulcahy officiating. She will be laid to rest at Blue Grass Gardens. Honoring her as pallbearers will be her grandsons David, Tommy, Chad, Jeremy Aaron, and Robert. Her children will be Honorary bearers.
