Melissa Lynn (Barnett) Peel

Melissa Lynn Peel, 51, daughter of the late Charles Melvin and Wilma Jean Barnett left her earthly home on Monday, Oct. 22.  Melissa was born Jan. 3, 1966, in Lexington, KY but lived in Nicholasville until she was admitted to the Landmark of Lancaster.  A homemaker and mother to Candace Brouse and Weston Flannery, she has 6 grandchildren and 2 brothers Mark and Monty Barnett.  She leaves a childhood friend Rebecca Moberly, husband Jerry.  Cremation was chosen and in keeping with her wishes there are no services planned.
