Nicholasville: Paul S. Land, 63, of Orchard Drive, died Thurs., Nov. 6, at the University of Kentucky Hospital. A native of Jessamine County he was born May 3, 1945, to the late Earl and Florence Marshall Land. Paul was a 1964 graduate of Jessamine County High School and a US Air Force veteran. He was a retired employee of Quebecor and had lived in Massachusetts for many years before returning to Nicholasville. Survivors include his brother Robert ‘Buster’ Land, cousins Alethea Marshall Smith and husband Bobby, Judy Marshall Davis both of Atlanta, along with many other cousins, special friends James and Linda Bishop.

Services will be 12:30 PM Mon. Nov. 10, at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home, burial in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Richard Horton, Kenneth Houp, Rusty Rogers, James Bishop, Leroy Horton, Roger ‘Rusty’ Houp, Billy Cumby, Virgil Houp and Bobby Smith.
