Mrs. Pauline Cobb

A loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother, Pauline Wilcox Cobb joined her husband Rice Cobb in eternal rest on Tuesday, June 6, 2017. She was a native of Richmond, KY, born Jan. 5, 1925, to the late Russell and Edna Cook Wilcox. She loved to collect trinkets, and being an excellent cook, she loved to have the family for Sunday dinners. She also loved her dogs Bo, Tia, Annie, and Stella. Her favorite pastime was to visit with those who dropped by her house whether it was family or friends. She and her husband attended the Nicholasville United Methodist Church. She leaves these and many more memories with her children William Rice Cobb, Lloyd Ray Cobb, wife Frances, Dianne Cobb, Daniel Cobb, wife Bonnie, 11 grandchildren, 27, great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren, her special first cousin Christine Harris, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 6 brothers and sisters, son David Cobb and daughter Rebecca Sue Masters. A Remembrance Service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, June 10, at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in the Cobb Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 9, beginning at 4:00 PM and ending at 8:00 PM.
