Regina Frances (Locker) Godines

Regina Frances Godines, 47, loving wife of Felimon Garcia for 20 years, left her earthly home unexpectedly on Thursday, Dec. 7.  She was a native of Jessamine County born June 1, 1970, to the late Herman and Virginia Locker Johnson. Regina was a kind and caring person who loved playing Bingo and being with her family.  She always told them “where there was a will, there was a way”. She leaves her precious memories with her children Stanford Adams, Dolores Adams, Rosalba Nieto, husband Jose, Israel Locker, Miguel Locker, and Shannon Godines, as well as her 9 grandchildren.  She is also survived by her bothers and sisters Kevin, Lisa, Johnny, Jerry Paul, Clayton, Shelia, and Tammy Sue Locker, Billie Jean Gonzalez, Sandra Verdin, Carol Huerta and Angie Bryant.  Her family has chosen to receive friends starting at 4:00 PM on Thursday, Dec. 14, before her Remembrance Service which will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home.  Those we love don’t go away they walk beside us everyday, unheard, unseen, but aways near.  Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home is honored to serve Regina’s family during this sad time in their life.
