Robin K. Lanham, 88, widow of John Lanham since 2005, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, July 14, at St. Joseph Hospice Care. Robin was a native of Nicholasville, member of the Nicholasville Church of Christ, Town & Country Homemakers, Jessamine County Piece Quilters, and the Jessamine County Garden Club. She was a retired employee of Kroger where her duties were boundless for over 37 years. She loved to cook, can, and sew winning many ribbons at the Jessamine County Fair. She leaves to cherish her memories daughter Rhonda Greer, husband Gary, grandchildren Heidi Crabtree, husband Glen, Marti Greer, wife Ashlee, great grandchildren Lauren and Jacob Crabtree, a special niece Donna Partin and husband Chuck, along with other nieces and nephews. Robin was honored in having many special friends that will always remember her energetic personality. She was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Myrtle Davis Keenan, sisters Sally Smith, Marcia Moberly and Ruby Davis, and brothers A. J. and Vernon Keenan. Her Service of Remembrance will be 10:00 AM Friday, July 17, at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest with her husband in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Her loved ones will honor her as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 PM Thursday, July 16, at the funeral home. Donations may be made in her memory to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
