Sammie B. Carter

Sammie B. Carter, born April 1, 1931 on the family farm in Arlington, TX, went to join her beloved husband of over 50 years, Homer of Nicholasville KY, in Heaven on May 29, 2009. Loving mother to daughters Carolyn and Ann (Jeff) Brennan and grandmother to David & Stephen Brennan, she is also survived by her brothers James T. Bradley (Betty) and Dennis H. Bradley (Mary) as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Member of Jessamine County Beef Cattle Association.

Family will receive friends Saturday June 6th at Hager-Cundiff Funeral Home from 10 to 11AM. Internment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
