Sherley (Duggins) Teater

Sherley Teater 84, wife of Kenneth “Kink” Teater died Tuesday, April 23, 2019, at the St. Joseph Hospice Care Center.  She was a native of Buena Vista, KY, born Aug. 8, 1934, to the late Joe D. and Ola Mae “Bunk” Duggins.  She and her husband are members of Bethany Christian Church where they lovingly served together.  In addition to her husband she is survived by daughters Sandy Peel, Lindy Warford, husband Kevin, and Denise “Missy” Teater, her special and grand children Vicki Drury, husband Steve, Brian Peel, Erin Warford, Alex Warford, Eli Teater and her great grand children Adam Drury, wife Liz, Austin Drury, Aaron Drury, Brianna Peel and Emily Peel, sister Joy VanArsdall and her family, as well as Danny Moss, wife Sherry and Rodney Moss, wife Kathy.  A Remembrance Memorial will be held on Friday, April 26, at 2:00 PM at Bethany Christian Church.  Family will greet friends beginning at 12:00 PM until 1:30 PM at the Church Fellowship Hall before the service.  In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Sherley’s memory to Bethany Christian Church, 1360 Bethany Road, Nicholasville, KY 40356.  Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home is proud to be chosen to care for Sherley and the Teater family.
