Nicholasville: Terri Cobb Sallee, 56, Mother of Autumn Sallee McKenzie and daughter of Huston and Dottie Cobb died Tuesday in Florida while visiting her daughter. She was born in Versailles, Ky. Jan. 10, 1951. Terri was a member of the Nicholasville United Methodist Church and an employee of the US Government as a Program Support Assistant and had worked for Cardiology Associates for 17 years. She had been awarded the Kentucky Colonel and became Miss Richmond Pageant Woman of the Year in 2004. Terri was very active in the Miss Kentucky pageant and enjoyed pageant coaching as well as scrap booking, decorating, friends and her family. In addition to her daughter Autumn and her husband Adam and her parents she is survived by a brother Rickey Cobb, a granddaughter Peyton Elise McKenzie and numerous other family members.
Services 1:00 PM Tues. May 1, at Nicholasville United Methodist Church burial in Maple Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Austin Caldwell, Greg Caldwell, Jimmy Mawyer, Donnie White, Adam McKenzie, Rickey Cobb, Cecil Moss, Bradley Teater, and Bob Nipp. Honorary pallbearers will be her many friends as she considered it an honor to have so many. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM at the church at 303 W. Maple Street. Donations may be made in her memory to the American Heart Association or the American Lung Association.
