Wanda Noland Brooks

Nicholasville: Wanda L. Brooks, 69, of Broadway, formerly of Cincinnati, died Sunday, Jan. 31, at the home of her son. She was a native of Estill County, born June 16, 1940. She was the widow of Harold Vernon Brooks who died in 1980. She is survived by her daughter Denise E. Mann, husband Lawrence, Cincinnati, son Jack A. Martin, Nicholasville, grandchildren Leland V. Mann, wife Crystal, Katrina E. Mann, Brandy L. Froust,and Robert Marshall wife Tracy and great grandchildren Madeline E. and Holden T. Mann and robert and Mariss Marshall. She is also survived by a special niece and her family Kim Davis. She was preceded in death by a sister Mildred C. League. The family would like to say thanks to all who helped make her last days comfortable.

Services will be 7:00 PM on Thursday, Feb. 4, at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home with Rev. Pauline Elam officiating. Visitation will be on Thurs. from 4 until time of service. Interment Service will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, Feb. 5 at Arlington Memorial Cemetery, 2145 Compton Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio. Donations may be made in her memory to the Jessamine County Senior Citizens.
