Wanda Jean Johns
Wanda Jean Johns, 78, daughter of J.C. and Lillian Collier Johns, left this earthly world to join her parents who were very special to her. She was a native of Jessamine County, born April 6, 1936. Wanda was a self employed caregiver and put her skills to use in caring for her Mother during her last days. Her favorite pastime was eating out with friends and having her hair done weekly. She is survived by many cousins and special friends which includes Joann Cosby, Delores Waits, and Mitsy Pine. There will be a Graveside Service held at 12:00 Noon, Thursday, Nov. 13, at Maple Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers Wanda has requested donations be made in her memory to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
