Nicholasville: Wilma Caddell Easley, 89, widow of Roger Easley who died in 2002, passed away on Sunday, May 25, at the Aurora Health Care Center in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. She was a native of Jessamine County born Feb. 21, 1919, to the late Milton and Gussie Newport Caddell. Wilma was a member of the Nicholasville Christian Church, one of the first members of the Jessamine County Artist Guild, had been active in the Cub Scouts serving as a Den Mother for many years, and an avid golfer. She had been an employee of Bluegrass Energy and was the former Director of the Nicholasville Housing Authority. Survivors include sons William Jeffery Easley, wife Cynthia, Wisconsin, John Mark Easley, wife Mary Etta, Lancaster, a son Charles Barry Hudson, wife Linda, Nicholasville, a brother Clyde Caddell, Louisville, 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother Clarence Caddell, a sister Marie Frogg, and a grandson Christopher Easley.

Services will be 11:00 AM Friday, May 30, at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest beside her husband Roger at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM on Thurs., May 29, at the funeral home. Sign guest book and view tribute www.hagerandcundifffunerals.com.
